Overall this wasn't a bad effort from Dickinsen & Morris. The ham and the egg complemented each other and added some variety to the filling. Perhaps the ham could have been more like the quality pork they use in their standard pork pies rather than cured ham. The ham itself would have been sickly without the egg to break it up. At £3.50 this was not bad value being enough for 2 or 3 people.
